HOW DO I PLACE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
We’re sorry to hear you didn’t love your product. Please email support@99unique.com with your order number and the items you’d like to exchange or return, and we’ll assist you.
HELP! I CAN’T FIND MY RETURN SLIP.
No worries—our packages don’t include return slips. Just contact support@99unique.com, and we’ll guide you through the return or exchange process.
What’s your return policy?
Returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or if you encounter issues within the 30-day window, please reach out to support@99unique.com.
Provide your order number (#CRFT) to process a return, and we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Personalized Items: We do not offer refunds on personalized items if they are in good condition. However, if the product is broken or defective, we will issue a refund or replacement.
Gift cards and store-specific merchandise are final sale.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT?
If you received an item different from what you ordered, we apologize for the mix-up! Contact us at support@99unique.com, and we’ll make sure you get the correct item.
What’s your return process if I’m not happy with the product?
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your package. Here’s what to do:
- Pack the items securely in a box.
- Affix the mailing label on the address side of the parcel, covering any previous delivery address and barcode.
- Use the address provided and affix the appropriate postage.
- Ship the package from your nearest post office or shipping company.
If you did not receive a return label, please email support@99unique.com.
Important: If you received a faulty or broken product, contact support@99unique.com before returning your order. We’ll assist you with the returns procedure and ensure a refund or replacement as appropriate.
